Sea and Air International, Inc. can provide you with international mover marine insurance protecting you against all risks while your goods are in transit. Our overseas mover insurance broker has been writing for Lloyds Underwriters, London since 1977 through AON Group Ltd. and for local insurance companies, enjoying a very wide underwriting authority.

Below are two different types of cover offered via our insurance broker:

1. Limited cover: this is the basic insurance for owner packed items covering physical loss or physical damage attributable to fire or explosion, vessel or craft being stranded, ground, sunk or capsized, overturning or derailment of land conveyance, collision or contact of vessel, craft or conveyance with any external object other than water.

The charge is 1.75% of the declared value of the goods with a deductible pf $500.00.

2. All Risks: this covers all goods that have been packed by us and includes loss, theft, damage, breakage, and everything that applies to the Limited cover. The charge is 2.5% of the declared value of the goods with a deductible of $500.00.

The minimum charge for insurance is $62.50.
