Accountability
Reports to the Sales Manager.
Scope of Responsibilities
To prepare estimates for residential and long distance moves.
Specific Duties
To provide accurate estimates on residential and long distance moves according to established guidelines To determine whether it is necessary to send an outside estimator on-site to evaluate a job To educate the customer as to the advantages of using Sea & Air International To educate the customer as to the advantages of using Sea & Air International To make required follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction To handle all incoming and follow-up calls which pertain to residential and long distance jobs To maintain all paperwork applicable to residential and long distance jobs To attend regular weekly sales meetings conducted by the sales manager
Personnel Requirements (education, training, experience, licensing, etc.)
Sales and/or telemarketing experience (preferably in moving industry) |
